Food and beverage takeaways from local brands “Your Tea”, “SerrDura” and “MACOW Bread House” are now available in the airside area of the local airport’s North Mezzanine Level of the Passenger Terminal Building, the Macau International Airport (MIA) said in a statement yesterday.
The takeaway services have been available since Monday, bringing in the brands through an invitation for application process.
The statement said that Macau International Airport Company Limited (CAM) entered into a two-year sub-concession contract for takeaway services with JINZHI Food and Beverage Management Company Limited, STAR DOMAIN Catering Management Co., Ltd, and SATAY BEEF Food and Beverage Limited, which respectively operate the aforementioned brands.
The statement highlighted that the initiative “not only responds to passengers’ demand for health, quality, and diverse flavours, but also provides important exposure and growth opportunities for local small and medium-sized enterprises”.
