It’s the long Easter weekend, and although it’s not as big a deal as Christmas is here in terms of festivities and activities, it’s nevertheless a celebration and there’s food for every occasion.
There are only a few places in Macau that are in the Easter spirit, and Brasserie at The Parisian is one of them that has some Easter specials for friends and family gathering for meals over the long weekend.
As it’s a French restaurant, even its afternoon tea is à la française. Its Easter only afternoon tea set includes duck foie gras and mushroom profiteroles, asparagus quiche, smoked salmon tartare and croquet monsieurs, along with a range of sweets, cakes and chocolate eggs that decorate a mini Eiffel Tower rack. As it’s Easter, there will be hot cross buns too, to be served with cream and jams.
