Chief Executive Sam Hou Fai will deliver his 2027 Policy Address, officially known as Government Action Plan (LAG) for next year, at the Legislative Assembly on November 16, starting at 3:00 p.m., the Macao Government Information Bureau (GCS) announced yesterday.
After delivering his policy address in the legislature’s hemicycle, Sam will hold a press conference at Government Headquarters slated to start at 5:30 p.m., where he will answer questions from the media.
The following day, November17, at 3:00 p.m., Sam will return to the legislature’s hemicycle plenary for a Q&A session with lawmakers about his 2027 Policy Address.
On November 20, the legislature will begin to debate the government’s 2027 portfolio plans by its five policy secretaries – Administration and Justice on November 20, Economy and Finance on November 23, Security on November 25, Social Affairs and Culture on November 27, and Transport and Public Works on November 30.
Sam’s 2027 Policy Address, press conference, Q&A session and the debates involving the government’s five policy secretaries will be broadcast by TDM and streamlined online through various channels such as YouTube and Facebook.
