The Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) has put out an open call for local bands, musicians, workshop instructors and curators in themed music development projects, and curators of art installations for the upcoming “hush! Beach Concerts x Urban Sports Wellfest 2026, which is set to take place from November 14-15 at Hac Sa Beach.
Applications are open until June 18.
The bureau said in a statement yesterday that the event, organised in conjunction with integrated resort operator MGM, will centre on pop music and integrate “music, urban sports, and healthy lifestyle elements”.
Various stage designs will again be incorporated, with the statement noting that the Hac Sa Beach stage “Hot Wave” will be the main stage. Other areas include the “Music Chill” lawn stage, the “hush! Kids” for families, and “Upbeat Power” for school and youth bands. Moreover, outdoor sports will meanwhile be featured in “Urban Sports Wellfest”, while outreach activities are also planned to take place from November 1 to 16.
The statement said that this year’s event further expands “its scale and diversity, extending music to the fields of sports and lifestyle”.
