Four Seasons Hotel Macao announces CNY celebration fare

 Hotel operator Four Seasons Hotel Macao highlighted in a recent statement its offerings to celebrate the coming Chinese New Year (CNY) and welcoming the Year of the Horse. 

Among the five-star hotel’s offerings are the artisanal Four Seasons Pudding Cakes from Michelin-starred Zi Yat Heen, which features premium ingredients, with the selection featuring Coconut Milk Rice Pudding, Abalone Radish Pudding, Spanish 5J Ham Taro Pudding, and the Sakura Water Chestnut Pudding. “This collection is a tribute to tradition, capturing the harmony and blessings of the new year”, the statement said.

Michelin-starred Zi Yat Heen’s Year of the Horse menu features dishes like Whole Five-Head South African Abalone with Fish Maw. Moreover, Xiao Ting serves classics such as Poon Choi and Honey Kumquat Mousse Cake, along with a special Stallion Afternoon Tea Set that includes Jellyfish & Shredded Chicken Lo Hei, Peach and Salted Egg Yolk Choux, and Pistachio Mille-Feuille.

The Prosperity Buffet Dinner at Belcanção offers Suckling Pig, Braised Abalone, and Eight Treasure Rice Cake, while Buddha Jumps Over the Wall Ramen and Ruby Cocktails are available at Ohte.

Moreover, the statement said that offerings also include a curated room package that includes an exclusive “Prosperity Tray” welcome amenity and a Michelin-starred lunch for two at Zi Yat Heen.

Meanwhile, a 120-minute “ceremony” at The Spa will feature a symbolic Pomelo Leaf Foot Bath, a luminous Mandarin and Grapefruit Body Scrub, and a Cypress and Sweet Orange Body Massage, according to the statement.

“The season’s offerings are designed to usher in prosperity, happiness, and good fortune through unforgettable dining, rejuvenation, and luxury”, according to the statement.
