The fireworks shows for the 33rd Macao International Fireworks Display Contest scheduled for this Saturday will be postponed as Macau’s weather conditions continue to remain uncertain, the Macau Government Tourism Office (MGTO) said in a statement yesterday.
Saturday’s shows were scheduled to feature teams from the Philippines and Japan, with the updated schedule to be announced later. The concurrent Fireworks Carnival has also been postponed, according to the statement.
The statement said that MGTO will closely monitor the situation and will make announcements as soon as possible. One can find more details on https://fireworks.macaotourism.gov.mo/en.
