The 2025 Guangdong & Macao Branded Products Fair (2025GMBPF) is slated to take place from next Thursday through Sunday at The Venetian Macao Cotai Expo, featuring a raft of activities across its different exhibition zones.

According to a statement from the Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) on Tuesday, emerging trends such as innovative services for the ageing population and consumption driven by cultural IP brands will be introduced during its four-day run.

Exhibitiongoers and participants will find activities including product sales, business matching sessions, forums and guided community tours, while there will also be multi-venue events in Macau and Hengqin, the statement said.

The exhibition will comprise five zones, namely the “Guangdong Branded Products Area”, “Macao Featured Products Area”, “Belt and Road Area”, “Silver-haired Lifestyle and  Health Zone” and “China Chic Products Zone”.

The statement said that the Silver Health & Lifestyle area “will showcase smart elderly care solutions, integrated medical-wellness systems, and senior consumer goods, all enabled by innovative technologies”. The “China Chic Product Zone”, which is inspired by Lychee Bay in Guangzhou, will feature a Sai Kwan cultural corridor, alongside the “72 Guangdong-Macao Street”, to celebrate intangible cultural heritage in China, the statement noted.

Meanwhile, the “Belt and Road Area” will also feature products displayed by first-time exhibitors from Singapore, in addition to enterprises from Indonesia, Myanmar, Malaysia, and Thailand, the statement added.

Having debuted in 2009, last year’s edition, which covered 12,000 square metres for the first time, featured the branded products of over 450 exhibitors from Guangdong, Macau, and the “Belt and Road” regions, the statement said, with last year’s four-day run seeing 100,000 visits and facilitating the signing of 65 project contracts.
