Macau's Macanese (Portuguese-Asian) fusion cuisine will be presented by three writers/translators at the 2025 Hong Kong Book Fair on Wednesday, July 16. As a Macau resident (and gourmet/gourmand) for over four decades, Macanese cuisine is one of my favourite cuisines globally and, absolutely, my number one in Macau.
