Lawmaker Alan Ho Ion Sang and Ilha Verde residents urged the government to move a temporary warehouse for dangerous goods out of the neighourhood, during a meeting yesterday.

The Collective Wisdom Policy Centre held a meeting with Ilha Verde district residents at Macao Daily News Building about Macau’s dangerous goods warehouses. It was attended by nearly 40 residents and media representatives.

Ho, a full-time directly-elected lawmaker, noted that a number of dangerous goods warehouses are located in Macau’s residential areas and industrial buildings, such as the temporary warehouse in Ilha Verde.
