Sands China is teaching its staff members about the national Belt and Road (B&R) Initiative in its “Professionalism Training for Gaming Practitioners” programme this year, the US gaming company said yesterday.

Sands China launched the programme last year, jointly organised by the gaming operator, the Macau Federation of Trade Unions (commonly known as Gung Luen) and Labour Affairs Bureau (DSAL)

The gaming company yesterday held a graduation ceremony for staff members who took part in the training programme last year and an inauguration ceremony for this year’s programme. Both ceremonies took place at the Venetian in Cotai.
