A public servant got drunk and set fire to his flat early Sunday morning, Public Security Police (PSP) spokeswoman Chong Sin I said yesterday.

Chong said Ieong called the police at about 1 a.m. to tell them that he had set fire to his flat in Rua da Aleluia. When the police officers arrived the entrance of the residential building, Ieong, reeking of alcohol, told the officers: “I set my flat ablaze!”
