Integrated resort operator MGM said in a recent statement that its “MGM Chef Nic Gastronomusic Fest” is slated to return on December 9-10, taking place on MGM COTAI’s Roof Terrace.

The statement noted that the event, which first debuted in 2019, will have MGM, Chef Nic and his team curate a multisensory “fork n’ roll’ festival combining gourmet, music and fun.”

Iconic singers and bands from the mainland, Hong Kong, and different parts of Asia are brought together by the event, headlined by Hong Kong actor, martial arts practitioner, singer, songwriter, entrepreneur and chef Nicholas Tse Ting-fung, mainland rock band Tarzan and Hong Kong band Dear Jane, among others, according to the statement.

Chef Nic and a team of acclaimed chefs will work with MGM’s head chefs to present an array of “East-West gourmet delights merging fine dining and food festival dishes in innovative ways”.

MGM China Holdings Limited President and Chief Operating Officer Hubert Wang Zhiqi was quoted by the statement as saying: “Leveraging MGM’s expertise in creating original and diverse cultural tourism offerings and merging with Chef Nic’s avant-garde gourmet lifestyle, the festival celebrates a holistic way of art of living in a new era”.

The statement added that MGM and Chef Nic will also launch a raft of online-offline promotional campaigns until December.

Tickets priced from 888 patacas will be available on MGM’s website from September 29 at 10 a.m. More details can be found on: https://www.tickets.mgm.mo/gastronomusicfest2023
